This policy applies to reservations made directly with Plateia Suites — through our website, by phone, email or WhatsApp. For bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms, the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking on that platform apply.

We keep it simple and fair:

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
Cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund of any amount paid.

50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
Cancel between 30 and 7 days before arrival and receive a refund of half the total booking amount.

No refund within 7 days of check-in.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Changing your dates

If your plans shift, talk to us early — where our calendar allows, we’re always happy to move your reservation to new dates instead of cancelling.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original payment, normally within 7–14 business days.
