Plateia Suites is a small, family-run property in the heart of Zakynthos Town. A few simple guidelines help us keep it beautiful for every guest — thank you for treating it with the same care we put into it.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is flexible — let us know your arrival time and we’ll arrange your welcome around it. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, so we can prepare the suite for our next guests. If you need to store luggage before check-in or after check-out, just ask. 

Guests
Each suite accommodates up to 3 guests — the number named on your reservation. If you’d like to have a visitor during your stay, please let us know in advance.

Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Our building sits between the town’s two main squares, with neighbors above, below and around. During quiet hours, please keep noise to a level that respects them — especially on the balconies and the rooftop terrace, where sound carries over the square.

No Parties or Events
The suites are homes for staying, not venues. Parties, events and gatherings beyond your registered guests aren’t permitted.

No Smoking
All suites are strictly non-smoking indoors. 

No Pets
We love them, but our suites can’t host them — thank you for understanding.

No Commercial Photography
Photos and videos for your own memories — always. Commercial shoots or filming require our prior written consent.
